Google Calendar
Google Calendar connects via OAuth. You authorize TeeTrack to read your calendar events, and the sync runs automatically every 30 minutes. This is the most straightforward option if you already live inside Google Workspace — your calendars are available immediately after authorization, including shared calendars.
Best for: freelancers using Gmail, small teams on Google Workspace, anyone whose calendar is already in Google. The OAuth flow is fast and familiar — the same "Sign in with Google" pattern used across the web.
Basic calendar sync (viewing events in TeeTrack) is available on the free tier. Automatic import of calendar events into time tracks requires Business or Pro.
Outlook Calendar
Outlook Calendar also connects via OAuth, this time through Microsoft's identity platform. TeeTrack reads your Exchange Online calendars, including shared and delegated mailboxes if your admin permits it. The sync interval is the same 30 minutes.
Best for: employees or contractors in Microsoft 365 organizations, corporate environments that standardize on Exchange, teams where meeting scheduling happens in Outlook. If your company uses Microsoft Teams for calls and Outlook for scheduling, this is the natural choice.
As with Google, basic sync is free. Auto-import into time tracks requires Business or Pro.
iCal URL
iCal is the most flexible integration. Instead of OAuth, you paste a URL that points to an ICS feed. TeeTrack fetches and parses the feed every 30 minutes. This works with any calendar service that publishes ICS links — Apple Calendar, Yahoo Calendar, Fastmail, Proton Calendar, Airbnb host calendars, Booking.com property calendars, and many more.
Best for: Apple Calendar users, property managers syncing Airbnb and Booking.com availability, anyone with a niche calendar provider, or teams that need to combine events from multiple sources that do not support OAuth.
Limitations to be aware of: the feed URL must be publicly accessible (or use a secret token embedded in the URL, which is the standard approach for most providers). Recurring events depend on the provider expanding them in the ICS output — some providers only include the next few occurrences, others expand a full year. The 30-minute sync interval means recently added events may not appear immediately.

- Google Workspace or personal Gmail → Google Calendar. Direct OAuth, lowest friction, no URL to manage.
- Microsoft 365 or corporate Exchange → Outlook Calendar. Native integration with your existing Microsoft identity.
- Apple Calendar, Yahoo, Airbnb, Booking.com, or anything else → iCal URL. Paste the link, done.
