Migrate from TimeCamp in 30–60 minutes
Step 1: Export your TimeCamp time reports
Download a detailed report from TimeCamp covering your recent work periods. Go to Reports > Time Tracking, set your date range, and export as CSV. This file is your archive and a reference for cross-checking totals — you will not import it into Teetrack.
Step 2: Set up clients, projects, and billing rates in Teetrack
Create your client list, project names, currencies, and hourly rates in Teetrack. TimeCamp uses a task/project hierarchy; Teetrack uses project/client. Map TimeCamp projects to Teetrack projects and top-level tasks to Teetrack tags or descriptions.
Step 3: Replace AI capture with calendar review
TimeCamp's TIC AI desktop agent captures activity passively. Teetrack replaces this with Google, Outlook, and iCal calendar import plus a user-reviewed draft workflow. Connect your calendar and review draft entries before they count as tracked time.
Step 4: Run both tools in parallel for one work week
Track the same week in both tools and compare totals. This gives you confidence that your calendar drafts and manual timers capture everything you need before you stop using TimeCamp.
Example
“TIC kept guessing which client I was working for based on browser tabs. Reviewing calendar drafts before they count is slower per week but ends every dispute about what got billed.”
